The Wedding of Diane & Bret Hopping

We honestly could not have asked for more. On our wedding day Vicky dressed each setting & table to perfection. The list of instructions I gave her was massive & convoluted & the table plan not at all straight forward. Not only that, Vicky wrapped all the gifts & labelled them for the wedding party & they were all sitting where we needed them, looking stunning. 

Vicky also organised my hen do. With 20 girls to invite, some from other countries, she not only managed to organise them all to attend, wearing the dress code I wanted we were also provided with sashes, VIP booths, games, other (non tacky I may add) hen do paraphernalia & gorgeous cake stand full of cupcakes. I gave Vicky a loose idea of what I would like, & Vicky filled in the gaps with her genius, thoughtful, fun ideas. She took a massive job out of our hands & did it to perfection. 
 
The wonderful things about Vicky are her enthusiasm, love for the job, passion, amazingly good ideas, fantastic sense of style & perfectionism. Her organisational skills are second to none.  Vicky listens to what you need & is utterly reliable. She goes above & beyond & I wouldn't hesitate to ask her to organise any event.  I couldn't recommend Vicky more highly.

Two Woods Venue – Pulborough

We employed the services of Vicky from Hooray For The Day, when we first opened our new wedding venue and needed someone to event manage some of the weddings. We were so impressed by her ability to think on her feet, her exceptional organisational skills and her ability to get on with all our clients, guests and suppliers.
She offers an exceptional service, whilst remaining calm in all situations, taking the pressure off both the bridal couple and wedding venue. Highly Recommended.

Cindy's Surprise 40th

Having wanted to organise a surprise party for my wife’s 40th, I knew it would be beyond my capabilities as a man to make this happen successfully for 100 people so Vicky was recommended to me as someone that could help find the venue, source caterers, DJ, decorations, cake etc.

Once I had spoken to Vicky, I decided to hand everything over to her to plan and organise. Vicky gave me many options on everything, with her views on what would be suitable and thought of things for venues and catering that never even entered my head. I literally gave Vicky a budget and turned up on the night. Communication was excellent and it made what was going to be a stressful few months an absolute breeze. I would highly recommend Vicky to anybody that was planning any type of event as they don’t come better than this.

Glitz & Glamour Birthday Party

 Hooray for the Day supplied and organised all the decoration for my daughter in laws 40th birthday party. A village hall was transformed into a wonderful red carpet event.

Having only spoken via email and supplied some sketchy details of what we would like I was amazed and delighted at the end result and would recommend Hooray for the day for any event, I am now just trying to think of a good reason to have another party!
